I grew up as an engineer in rooms where small mistakes had long shadows. At LG, I learnt what it means to ship for the real world, where software leaves your laptop and lands in people's hands. At Cisco, I saw how discipline, trust, and scale are built quietly, one good decision at a time.
Startups gave me the other half of the story: the urgency, the doubt, the late nights, the joy of watching a rough idea become something people actually depend on. That mix shaped me. I care about velocity, but not at the cost of trust. I care about scale, but not if the team breaks on the way there.
